Shipping & Return Policy
All orders ship via FedEx in the continental United States within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following week.
Pre-order and custom orders ship when available.
We are unable to adjust or cancel orders once placed as they will be processed to ship immediately.
Once the package leaves the fulfillment center and tracking information is sent via email, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, and the delivery date of these packages depend largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs. We are unable to control or predict the delivery windows for these packages, are not responsible for delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less the aforementioned fees.
We accept returns on new, unworn merchandise with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale purchases are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. Suzie Kondi reserves the right to refuse returns on worn or damaged garments. Please note that all cashmere purchases are final sale, and not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

The original shipping fee is not refunded when a return is processed, and a $15 restocking fee is processed with all returns to cover the cost of return shipping and processing. If you were to exchange your item, there is no restocking fee and a shipping fee for the new item is not applied.
It may take up to 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to show on your bank/ credit card statement.
If the delivery of a package fails, or is refused, the customer may request the package to be redelivered in which they will be responsible for the shipping cost. An invoice for this shipping cost will be sent to the customer prior to the reshipment of the order.
