TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Check the status by clicking on the tracking number.
Kondi offers free ground shipping on orders over $200.00 in the continental United States. Orders are shipped from New York, NY, Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Expedited orders will be prioritized and dispatch the following business day.
Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.
Pre-order and custom orders ship when available.
Packages ship via USPS Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery.
Since signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
KONDI is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Expedited shipping is available, and costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

All international packages are shipped via USPS First Class International. International shipments depend largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs. KONDI is unable to control or predict delivery windows for these packages.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less the aforementioned fees.
We are not responsible for delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
We accept returns on new, unworn merchandise with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is received damaged or defective.

Email email@example.com to request USPS or UPS pre-paid postage PDF. Cost of pre-paid postage will be deducted from refund amount.
Once we receive your return, we will happily exchange or refund the item to the original form of payment.
Kondi reserves the right to refuse returns on worn or damaged garments.
