Suzie Kondi designs from memory and from place. Chalk and flint layered in a cliff, a knit worn soft over years of travel, the warmth of somewhere you didn’t want to leave. For Autumn 2026, those memories travel to France—from Normandy’s Alabaster Coast to the pines of the Chevreuse forest. Two locations: one wild and open, the other intimate and still. One idea: structure found in softness. 

Captured by photographer Łukasz Pukowiec and stylist Clare Richardson, the second chapter introduces Italian virgin wool—the Demi dress, Kyria skirt and Pan pant, reimagined for the colder months. Striped velour, polka-dot silk and “Dad plaid” poplin move freely against the hand-shaped walls of Villa Goupil and Normandy’s shingled shoreline.

The architect Jacques Couëlle built Villa Goupil in 1967 to curve like the forest around it. On the Alabaster Coast, the chalk gives way to the sea while the flint stays behind. The clothes, too, refuse rigidity.
